Opening for full operation after 4/18/11, Judy is happy to once again create a special place for her clients to receive her services!
Designed with her personal orientation to Native American spirituality (an emphasis on mother earth) and eastern philosophies (particularly the teachings that we are simultaneously physical and spiritual beings). The studio is decorated with the earth tones of red-rock canyons , earthy green plants and the colors of the sun as it rises and sets on our physical world.
The décor is a spring board for the physical programs conducted in the space. And the programs are designed to do two things simultaneously: first to enhance the physical body through weight loss, increased strength, tone, stability and flexibility; and second, through enhanced physical fitness, increase your capacity to access a fulfilling, expansive, and rewarding life in all other areas as well!
There are several ways you can take advantage of the services offered in the studio. You can workout with Judy in one on one sessions. You can have Judy do an assessment session and then design and teach you a workout that you can do at home or at a gym and then have 6 week check in/upgrade sessions. You can participate in any of the group trainings offered at various day times during the week (see schedule). You can pay a monthly fee and workout in-between sessions in the private, peaceful studio.
Judy is now also able to offer additional services to her triathlon and running coached clients. She can conduct running gait analysis using video and software to breakdown run mechanics and give suggestions and drills for enhancing speed and energy efficiency.
Once a month, Judy will also be offering a weight loss workshops in order to teach and practice eating skills to help weight loss and provide a group forum for help with compulsive and impulsive eating behaviors. Check schedule for days and times.
All studio services are pay as you go and credit cards, checks and cash are accepted- Start today!

On line weekly workout programming plus email support for athletes looking for a coach who will both design all workouts and be available to support right to race day and beyond!
Video analysis includes one on one session and copy of video with recommendations for improvement and suggested drills:
Online test to determine metabolic type (the right combination of carbs/protein/fat for your body; and in office breathing test to determine metabolic rate (how many calories you burn per 24 hours) and suggested eating plan based on these assessments:
Weekly hour workshop designed to help change eating behaviors (which is 50% of what is needed for weight loss!)
