All personal training relationships begin with an assessment session.

Baseline measurements are gathered including body fat percent and pounds, muscle mass percent and pounds, hydration level, girth measurements (waste, hips, etc), waste to hip ratio and BMI.

These measurements are then combined with your personal health goals in order to identify the best workout program for you.

Training sessions are done exclusively at Planet Fitness at 475 Albany Shaker Road in Loudonville.

In order to use the gym at Planet Fitness, you must either be a member of Planet Fitness ($19.99 monthly for 12 months) or pay a guest fee of $15 in addition to Judy’s training fee.

As a certified Health and Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine. I specialize in designing progressive, periodized (progressions in load, volume and frequency) workout programs. These are geared for the fitness enthusiast who has been working out for years yet has not achieved his/her body goals.

Drawing from several specialties within the field, my work provides a comprehensive solution for individuals with special considerations such as osteo-arthritis and joint pain, osteopinia and osteoporosis, high blood pressure and more. Yet I also enjoy working with people who just need a little extra help to stay motivated and engaged in a regular exercise program.
