Group Sessions

If you are looking for structured workouts but individual training is either difficult to schedule, financially prohibitive or you simply want the added energy of a group, my group workouts are the answer!

 

SMALL GROUP CIRCUIT WORKOUTS

I offer 3 types of group workouts. Small Group Circuit Workouts are 2-6 participants max. It involves moving through 1 minute stations of strength work, a section ofcardiovascular training using treadmills, ellipticals, or bikes and concludes with yoga flexibility work. Participants get individual attention similar to one on one sessions but the expense is significantly reduced by sharing the hour with the group.

FUSION WORKOUTS

My second group offering is a larger exercise class of 2-12 participants.  I call it Fusion because I have fused functional body work exercises with heart pumping cardio intervals and yoga into “blocks”. This is an intermediate to advanced class and requires the ability to get up and down from the floor. I give modifications for moderate and hard options for each exercise so you can pick which is best for you in each block as they are performed.

YOGA WORKOUT

My third group offering is Yoga for all levels. I trained in the Anusara method and teach a mix of Vinyasa, Anusara and hatha yoga addressing the common needs of athletes and sedentary individuals alike. Class is limited to 12 people max to guarantee individual attention as needed.

Fit Fighter Bootcamp

Saturdays 10-11am
Each and every session is a safe, effective and fun workout. No matter what your level of physical fitness, we insure you get the best work out possible while releasing stress and frustration in every class. Everything is on the clock just like a fighter trains. You will ground and pound, battle rope, box and sweat your way to a leaner, fitter more confident you!
