Men's Weight Loss Program

Limited to 15 participants

Must pre-register.

4 week sessions: $199 (no make ups for missed sessions)

This program is designed for males 40+, who have blood markers that put them at risk for cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and high stress/anxiety. 

The program includes weekly meal plans geared towards men’s habits, tastes and health needs with weight loss as the primary goal.  The program also involves 30 min of workouts progressing to 50 min during the groups.  Exercise is geared towards the man who is deconditioned but has a history of being active as a younger man.  The workouts will be challenging yet will not include exercises such as box jumps, sled pushing, shoulder weighted squats, or other exercises that have a high risk of injury when newly starting an exercise program.

Cost is $199 and the program is limited to 15 men.  Pre-registration is required.

Triathlete Functional Training Series

Limited to 15 participants.

Must pre-register.

4 week sessions: $100 (no make ups for misses)

An hour of functional training designed to create balance, stability, strength and full range of motion for the muscle groups and movement patterns performed in swim/bike/run athletes.

Exercises include: Kettlebells, TRX, free weights, sandbags, yoga and more.

Sessions can be repeated.

Refunds after the first session are not allowed.
