In this 4 week program, we will determine your metabolic type and you are given a meal plan based on the right ratios of carbs/protein/fat for your type.  You will receive weekly meal plans that are real food based, anti-inflammatory, and do not require hours of preparation.  You will be guided to the proper mix of cardio, strength and flexibility/stability workouts for your goals and have access to 14 group sessions within the studio during the 4 weeks as part of the program.  You will also be taught mental techniques and reprogramming to help you follow the information without sabotaging yourself with thoughts that lead you off the plan.
